Just wondering what everyones opinion on Anthem are?
I am really looking forward to have a new game to grind but at the same time I'm hesitant because EA and i don't want micro transactions to ruin the game

Been waiting to hear more about the game since last years E3. Anthem, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Metro Exodus is really the only ones I was looking forward too. Hopefully they give us an update at this years E3 and not as many shit indie games.

I think it will be shit, mainly like you said because of EA being money whores but its just not something i think will appeal to many people and they will likely execute it poorly

I'm excited to play it but with they waited to announce it. The wait is getting to be too much. Sucks for EA cause they ruined their reputation and now everyone thinks microtransactions will be PTW, which they learned from and won't do.

I reckon it will be a hit or miss as EA can make good games but it's silly little things that ruin em such as pay to win.

From what I've seen it doesn't look bad, kinda reminds me of destiny but I hope it's more than that.
