So I just switched out my psu and gpu earlier and I had it on and it was running good, then I went to fill my car up with gas and I had my pc turned off while I was gone then I got back to put it back in my room and now my pc doesn't even turn on. Anyone have any ideas

Ok so I just took my pc back to my kitchen where I swapped out the gpus and it turned on instantly. So then I just turned it off and plugged it to the other plug in my room and it still doesn't turn on. It makes no sense because I have my tv plugged in and it works and so does my ps4 and my monitor turns on to so I have no idea why this pc is not turning on

If I'm understanding correctly it's possible the outlet is bad where you're plugging it in at? Are you using a different cable from when the device was on in the kitchen and on in the other room?

I'm using the same cable in the kitchen and in my room. But I don't know how my outlet in my room would be bad because I'm watching tv rn using that same outlet

It's possible that the one of the outlets on the same panel is bad, try unplugging the tv and plugging the computer in there.

I tried that and still didn't work. I also have my power strip plugged in and the port where my monitor was working I moved and plugged my pc into that port and it didn't work if that makes sense.

Is the graphics card that's currently installed, known to be functioning?

You made a hardware change, so clear the CMOS. You can find instructions in your motherboard's manual.
