I updated my console and just put a new kv on and put my plug ins back and when I restarted the console i get a E71 error, but when I take out my hard drive it boots up. Is there anyway of getting my data back from my hard drive

Have you put the updated plugins on your console?

I didn't even think about doing that, does that mean my hard drive is bricked?

Get new files for your RGH , see if you can bypass the plugins.

So many people having this issue. How come the people they purchase from do not help their buyers? Lazy tech support from so many sellers who do not back their work

Try putting a new launch.ini on a usb and then try booting up your RGH see if that works.
