Lol i feel ya i work at wendys and i was left during rush after i cleaned had to run grill frys front cash everything and the managers were jist chilling im the office watching me

Yeah I can relate to that, I've been here the longest out of all the employees(that aren't managers) and the only time I get treated well is when people need help. The stress right now is being cause by my coworkers not caring at all

So it's just a lose lose situation for you then and I know what you mean by working with people that don't speak English coz I have that issue a fair bit and it's not fair on both sides coz it's awkward and frustrating.

I remember working at waiting staff once,

Yeah that's pretty much what was going on last night. The reason I got so annoyed was because this group comes in almost every other Tuesday and the ALWAYS call ahead. When they didn't, I figured we were in the clear but nope, they appeared out of no where and made a huge mess.

I had a coworker who was in his 40s just working part time because he wanted free food. Long story about the guy but he's an electrician and he convinced me that, around where I live, that's the way to go.
