What are some things you're into doing?

I would suggest a part time job at a fast food restaurant as you're not wanting to spend your full time working I'm guessing as it'd be summer.

I'm a good worker, I'll work anything making money. I don't exactly want to work at fast food. The hours and pay aren't good at all.

Not quite sure about what's around you, as we live in different places. But there's always tons of places hiring people for the summer so apply at like retail stores, clothing stores, apply at places at the mall maybe?

Hey I'm on the east coast too lol. But you got a mower by chance? Go around mowing peoples lawns? Or if you're creative, make something and start selling it man. Literally the possibilities are endless I'm only 18 so I know how difficult it can be getting a job and stuff at 16

when i was 16, i had two of the best jobs any 16 year old can have, i was a porter for a car dealership

some things i had to do was:

wash cars
move cars
deliver cars - best part

it was a very easy and chill job, especially if you like being around nice cars

I've been mowing some yards, just time consuming and not a lot of money. And I have to
buy gas.

Have you tried going to local temp agencies? You did specify a summer job in the title so imo that would be your best bet. I also live in the east coast of the US and temp agencies will even give you a job the next day at least from why I have seen. Otherwise I would recommend going to retail stores or just driving around in general man you're bound to see a "We're Hiring" sign some where. As one user mentioned above try checking the local mall.
