EE is probably the best network to go for.
Absolutely rapid with no problems

PxE wrote EE is probably the best network to go for.i have been told there are a lot of hidden costs with EE and your bill is usually higher than what you was contracted to ? but could be hearsay

Depends where you live and what you expect...
Virgin Media offers the best speeds but to a small percentage of the country. + They throttle at peak times
Sky/BT/TalkTalk all offer the same services with the same speeds that are 99% of the time, untouched.
There are loads, research em for a while you you're really interested in getting the best for you.

I'd say virgin media and if you're scared about throttling then they do offer you to pay like an extra £5 so it can stay at full speed all the time

It is all down to your Area but i would have to say the fastest easily is Virgin.. BT Ultrafast is meant to be pretty fast aswell with the 100Mbps Guarantee but this is fairly new so not a lot of places have it.
Business internet is probably the fastest the UK has atm although it would take some effort to even try and get this.
