Okay so I was watching a video on this and it seemed pretty good. I don't really have the money for a pc atm so I was maybe thinking of something like this.

This is similar to Nvida GeForce Now, If that is the case you'll need to have good internet to be able to stream the pc onto your pc, Nvida GeForce Now recommends that you have minimum of 50MB Down to have the lowest amount of latency and screen tear.
