so everytime i try to go to "my games or recent" i get error code "this feature is unavailable. please try again later. status code: 8004005-00000000-00000000" if im not connected to the internet i can use xex menu just fine:/ please help!

It's a connection issue that's why you see those errors, either you have a bad connection at the time or you have shitty internet all together / are using a VPN

Okay, so it cant be an issue with NInja it's probably just your connection, test that.

How are you connect wifi or ethernet ? You can try clearing your cache x3 then rebooting.

try this
To fix this navigate to System > Storage and then hover over your hard drive, press LB RB X LB RB X, you will then be prompted to delete the update.
then reboot n redo the new updates
