So i asked this a while ago..
so my legs been hurting for 2 months now but the past week or so it has been BRUTAL. its to the point where i cant even walk with out wanting to grab my leg and scream.
it hurts on the lower inner side of my shin bone (around the middle)
when i push around the muscle its fine but once i get between the muscle and the bone IT KILLS..
if i walk for a bit its not as painful then after a few minutes its so bad i need to sit down and even when im sitting its just pounding. my mom wont take me to the doctor n idk how to treat it. already tried the rice method too
forgot to mention: it started hurting after i tried skating this 2 stair with my buddy. i landed on that leg with all my weight for about an hour, ever since that day its hurt but the pain was minuscule so i ignored it.
And well.. i ended up going to the doctor and getting x rays.. now.. well.. i still dont know whats wrong.
doctor said nothing came up on the x ray and didnt even bother me telling me what COULD or what IS wrong with it so im stuck making predictions.
the pain is only getting worse and i tried icing it and waiting but a few weeks into that and its not making a single difference.
what could it be? i landed on shin splints but i dont even know.

You have ebola in your 4th toe. I suggest immediate amputation before it spreads to your pepe.

lmfao im not expecting someone to magically pull the exact problem out.
im trying to see if anyone can relate or if they know anything it could be because the more answers i have the more i can look into them and how to treat it right. worth a try anyways because idk what it is or what to do other than ice and wait

What did they X-Ray? Only your leg or your complete body?
Maybe have your back checked out. My dad had a pinched nerve in one of his spinal discs and that caused him a great deal of pain and my grandmother has the same problem with a pinched nerve; it causes an insane amount of pain.

I suffer from shin splints all the time man, this sounds like it is exactly what you're dealing with. What I suggest you try are two things, first try using a shin compression sleeve daily for a couple days and see how you feel. Also another thing you can try is a massage stick roller. I must warn you if you try the roller, you will suffer from EXTREME pain when using it on your shins (you should be using a good amount of pressure with it for it to work). After the pain passes, I promise you will feel some sort of relief! I understand how frustrating that pain can be and all you want to do is sit down and put ice on it or something but it ALWAYS comes back and then I tried those methods and it doesn't happen that bad anymore.
It sounds like you are on your feet a lot or play rec activities often for this to be happening.

Not a doctor but merely currently in my last year to be an ortho pa. Sounds to me like shin splints. I would recommend maybe doing some calf exercises to strengthen your muscle. Do some cold treatment then go onto doing 3 sets x 15 reps of calf raises on a 45 degree angled board of some sort. Hope i could help.

I've seen you throughout the last few weeks, and I hate to see a member of the community in pain like this. It seems like some replies might help you and relieve some of the pain, but ultimately I just hope you feel better soon rather than later and can get on with life, this must suck and I'm sorry you're dealing with it :/
