Okay so i installed mw2 on my rgh and when i launched the default.xex it came up with a recurring update and then fatal crash intercepted, i then downloaded some files which should have removed the update but it still came up with fatal crash intercepted. this happens with and without a mod menu, i have tried updating through aurora, clearing sytem cache and using another profile but still no luck... does anyone know how i could fix this?

you launch the game by default_mp.xex not default.xex

and also make sure you have the tu8 files in there too

Trying booting the game with Xbox 360 Neighbourhood, it doesn't really matter if you choose default_mp or default, just could be an issue with xex as example sometimes I have that issue, but honestly you should always go to default_mp anyway, other wise you will get that update < as do I > but let me know if any of what I said helps and if not I will try help you fix it.

If you have a mod menu from the wrong TU its probably whats causing it. Reinstall the game via XexMenu and put a Tu8 menu on it. Launch the new xex file and itll ask for a 4mb update. Click yes and youre fixed

I have done that too and the same thing happens, I've even tried re-installing mw2 from XeX menu, FSD and Aurora incase it was a bad rip but that isn't the issue, I decided to try mw3 too, I downloaded all the necessary files and the same thing happens as soon as I launch the default.mp.xex, I have no idea what to do

I've tried 3 different menus and the same thing happens, it even happens without loading a menu
