No, not terrible but I'd make some changes. Also it's not an "entry pc" with a mid ranged CPU and GPU.
The 212 EVO is a waste of money. There are better coolers for less, plus the 2600x comes with a Wraith Spire anyway. No SSD? Over priced motherboard IMO, either pay a bit more for a good X470 board or get an older chipset motherboard and save some cash. You're also missing a case.
For GPU, don't pay $300 for a 1060. You can get one for $270. However, you can easily get an RX 580 for $250, which is what I'd recommend. +$50 for 8GB variant.
