Some tools you can do it on the gamertag, clantag I am not sure though..

i dont think hes a modder. He has 6 years of gold and over 50k Gamerscore with 100 friends

You can put them in via a tool but the glitch for it was patched years ago

It's a Clan on the game, I ran into one earlier, they are from the OG days not possible anymore.

Unfortunately they're not back, Famous is right. Some OG's from back in the day might still have their XBL profile affected and therefore untouched from all those years ago, but it can't be done in 2018.
