What are the chances of getting banned on xbox live for using god mode classes on mw3? Is there a safe way to use them ?

No safe way, it all goes by who reports you.

Not likely but now that the game is BC I'm sure they will crack down a bit I know when BO2 went BC they did. On MW3 you have to be careful modders somt deranked you, remove your god mode or both or even worse ddos you.

What the folks said above me, to a tee. It's all about who reports you, and due to MW3 recently becoming BC, I'd err on the cautious side man.
