What is everyone thinking of VAR so far?

I think it has been an absolute joke! Especially from set piece situations and fouling in the box. No consistency at all.

The VAR system has recently been put into to football and Major League Baseball in the last few years. My main thoughts are it's a pain in the ass to watch through and it's a waste of time whether you're at the game or watching it on TV. It can come in handy for the team you're rooting for but it can also screw them over. All in all, I don't like it, I feel like part of the intensity of sports is determined by the calls refs make and those split second decisions should be final.

It's not being implemented at all properly in the World Cup! Countries are getting shafted! Serbia was one of them. 2 players fouling Mitrovic and a freekick went against him.

For sure a mistake putting them in the World Cup. They should've waited until they can figure out how to properly implement it. Obviously it would be better taken out completely but if they must keep it, some consistency would be nice.

I'm already triggered enough about the winter break coming in and the suggestion of 30 minutes a half.

it should only be used for inside the box no where else dont care what the situation is if its not in the box its not needed simple

VAR is good. it is being implemented correctly. Players are actually getting the calls they deserve

So far I think I have seen more completely embarrassing decisions made than correct ones!

I have to unfortunately agree with this, especially after the opening England vs Tunisia game.
