1) Open Charles Proxy and go to Tools > Import/Export Settings > Chose file and choose the settings file you've already downloaded then click Import.

2) Go on to your PS4 and set up a new Internet connection, preferably over LAN. Chose custom settings then leave everything on default until you reach Proxy Server, chose USE, then put in the IP of you laptop (you can get this by typing ipconfig on cmd) and for the port use 8888. When you go to test the connection keep a look on your laptop, it'll ask you if you allow or deny just click on allow.

3) Make sure this button in the Charles proxy app is off (grey) (Imgur: The magic of the Internet) and then go to Proxy > SSL Proxying Settings and make sure Enable SSL Proxying is off (unchecked)

4) Sign in to your high level account on your PS4 and start BO3. Then choose Multiplayer > Public Match then press O twice, you should be at the main menu now where u can choose Multiplayer Zombies etc. Press the PS button and open up Spotify.

5) When it starts, switch the user to the one you want to get high level on. Don't start BO3 yet. Open Charles proxy and click on this button to make it go red (Imgur: The magic of the Internet). Then go to Proxy > SSL Proxying Settings and turn on Enable SSL Proxying.

6) Start BO3 and wait for a while, you should get an error. Upon getting this error check Charles Proxy on your laptop and you should get a pop up. Press Execute the first time and the second time. On the third and fourth time, go to Edit Response then chose Raw (you'll find it near the Execute option) and select all the text and paste the one you've downloaded. Remember you should only do this for the 3rd and 4th time.

7) Now you should keep an eye on your laptop and you PS4, press execute without editing or anything every time it comes up. Press OK on the error on the PS4 and try to load up online, if you got the level duplicated, back out to the main screen where there are no options (where he's holding a gun) and just wait for 2 mins. Every time something pops up on the laptop just press Execute until the 2 mins are up.

Turn off the red button and make sure it's grey (Imgur: The magic of the Internet) and then go to Proxy > SSL Proxying Settings and disable the Enable SSL Proxying (it should be unchecked)

9) Press PS button and go to Settings > Network and uncheck the Connect to Internet option. Get into BO3 and press X, should get you into offline mode. Press Press PS button again and go to Settings > Network and check the Connect to Internet option. Then go back into BO3 and choose Play Online. After you get online, zombies and multiplayer will be duplicated but you still have to make it stick to the account. To do this follow the next step.

10) Go to multiplayer and change the clan tag, calling card, emblem and change the color of any weapon preset. Then go to zombies and do the same thing.
