So I'm gonna reset my whole pc and delete all the files and then I thought about the graphic card drivers. So my question is if I deleted all the files am I going to have to redownload my graphics card drivers?

Windows will use a generic driver with the card until the proprietary driver is installed by you or Windows Update.

It will be OK. If you want the extra software that comes with the driver like GeForce Experience, I believe you'll have to download it yourself.
