Having a problem on BO2 at most times when I try to search for a game or if I do get into a game it will do it half way through or after it finished it will kick me to the multiplayer menu and says "You must have an active network connection to play Xbox LIVE or system link matches" but then it will let me straight back on, but If I try force host and try find a game it kicks me nearly instantly

It is not my internet as I have reset it & checked speeds etc & its working fine
