Xbox makes mistakes, I have been banned from text/voice communications, but I never message anyone except for friends. I never go into game chat either. Even though they make obvious mistakes they never change their mind, even if it's a perma ban on an account.

It's crazy how Xbox works sometimes

I can only think of two things really if you've genuinely only been on Fortnite and Netflix:

1) Your account has been previously used on a modded Xbox and the KV it was used on previously has been banned now. Microsoft do tend to issue two week bans on accounts used on modded consoles rather than permanent suspensions.

2) Somebody could of XUID spoofed your Gamertag in MW3 for example and been caught by an undercover Xbox Enforcement agent, or even an XB1 recording has been sent to them of someone pretending to be you?

This seems unlikely and near impossible why someone would do it to you but it wouldn't be the first time I've known it to happen to someone and the fact is the enforcement team handle hundreds of bans a day, they have little time to verify everything. Sadly they're not held accountable for their actions whatsoever.

The second one could be very likely depending on his GT i always XUID spoof to random GTs when im going around with aimbot, assuming most will. If his GT is like an OG or something like that it could happen

I got the ban hammer aswell and so did my friend and a few other people I've talked to. Pretty much came to a conclusion that it was from Mw3.

No.2 That might of happened, Ive played WaW and its crazy how it takes someone to a different gamer card by spoofing GT.

No its dumb, You join a lobby not knowing its modded and they ban you. Happened to me before, its unfair.
