As an example, If you got suspended twice back in 2009 they're then not going to perma ban you for making a mistake almost 10 years later.
I've had more than 3 suspensions on my main account that's for sure
I think it also depends exactly what you get banned for as sometimes it isn't exactly cheating it can be explots which is less severe, like a few of mine were classed as exploits not cheating for some reason.
Just remove your Gamertags from modding threads and dont go around god modding everyone every game. You are getting banned from reports or gamertag postings, its as simple as that...

Honestly it doesn't matter what you do. If you join a Modded lobby then you are willingly accepting you are going to go against their terms of service, then there is always going to be that chance of being suspended. I don't get why people say; oh I only did this and that. It just doesn't matter what you do, if it breaks their rules they'll punish you
