EDIT: Direct TV is available for me but CANNOT come through a phone line since the ISP windstream has a monopoly over the phone line and there the only ones allowed on it. So my internet would have to come through the satellite. Meaning when a storm comes i lose all internet which last year i played league straight through two hurricanes.

My question would be in upgrading to 100MB down and like 15MB up but on satellite be better than my current internet on wired? All I want to do is stream but other than this the only other option is moving cities as this isp is the only one here and control the power lines and everything blocking others from coming in.

If you can find a cheap mobile deal where you can get like unlimited data and hotspot then you can yeah, otherwise its just not going to cut it while you are also doing other things too.

I don't believe anyone does unlimited hotspot as i spend along time searching for a provider and had no luck, most i can get in the UK is 30GB hotspot data. US might be different as i dont know the providers over there so yeah, best bet is to find a moblie deal with hotspot. That being said, if you cant find a hotspot with unlimited your pretty much out of luck, as streaming is gonna eat up that data very fast. I very much doubt you going to find a unlimited hotspot though, because everyone would just use there phone as a wifi lol and the internet providers would all be out of business lol. Best of luck though mate, maybe think about moving closer to the city.

I would recommend you look into other ISPS, someone may offer better, or if you bug support enough they might give you some info on how you'd go along getting better internet, Tinder from here he moved house and his internet was awful, he was unable to upgrade until he bugged constantly until they sent someone out to allow him to actually purchase the upgrade, but if you look into other providers maybe they'll have a better deal for you.

Giff Gaff is in the United Kingdom they piggy back of 02 Network but they offer probably the best services for UK users.

Although, it's like 20 GB or something, it is technically unlimited but it's throttled to like 214KB/s so it wouldn't even work for streaming anyway.
