Only works in Oceania/Brazil/Asia as of now, will probably come out tomorrow for the rest of the countries.

Just change your matchmaking region to one of the three countries above and start it up.

Update: Now works for all players

It should now be available for all countries for a limited time only. I live in Canada and it's working for me.

Can vouch, its out for USA also, been playing for a hour or so. hella fun with a group of friends, i just wish you could invite more players and pick teams.
