Is it glitching? Try different timing files also make sure that your solder point to the CPU_RST. Is good!

Thanks for the help, Rodent! I tried at least 5 timing files and still no boot. I decided to use a Coolrunner and it glitched so it must just be a faulty Ace v3 board
