Then that means the console isn't booting which could be a lot of things. I don't believe it is bricked, but I am no professional.

The "Red Light" you're seeing inside your RGH is the glitch chip, Normally it will blink back and forth between red and green.
If it stays red & doesn't switch between red and green then it could be a issue with the chip as it's not glitching, the wires could have came lose due to a soldering issue.
It may also be your HDMI/AV cables, have you tried switching them or making sure they're pushed all the way in?
I would recommend talking to somebody who has a lot of knowledge with things like this, send a PM to Rodent_Modz. He will be able to help you out & tell you why the console is not booting anymore.

Could be a lot of things mate, get in touch with one of the console sellers on here and see if they would help you.
They will be able to guide you through checking solder points and other things

See if it is glitching. Should be red led inside meaning the chip has power to it. Will flash green if glitching
It's possible your console either has Red ring of death
Power brick will turn green and stay green when working properly
Possible bad power brick or a short in the console due to people solder for shit
Also a solder point could have come disconnect if not glitching.
Contact me I will try to help you further along
