The black line on the washtag is a bit interesting, the rest looks pretty good, personally think it's legit but could be a unhs fake or something

Depending on how long you've had them and if they have been worn/washed before
If they're supposed to be brand new and and never worn, they are fake and you can tell from this label
However if they have been worn and washed ect this would be normal
That tear on the label doesn't usually happen till after a decent amount of use
If you've ever bought clothing from walmart, primark, next ect or novelty T's from HMV/YouTube merch you'll notice that those labels easy rip because the material is cheap(not bashing on any of those stores, next and primark sell all my types of clothing)
However higher end clothing, gucci, levi, supreme ect the labels are more silky/soft
