Need some answers to these questions.
What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?
Follow this link Forums/t=6751631/pc-building-rule...dvice.html
And someone will for sure help you out picking out your perfect build.

What is your Budget?
Do you have any specific things you need like Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset?
Do you have any brand preferences like AMD/Intel or AMD/Nvidia etc.

Buy windows from somewhere cheap, dont buy a full key its expensive and doesnt really effect anything.
This is slightly over but the main rebates take it to roughly 900.
You can make it cheaper if you like but this is decent and will run nicely
