That's not necessarily true though, some old CPUs have max temperatures below 75c. It depends entirely on the architecture. Anything under 75c for a modern CPU is fine though. Intel CPUs have a TJ Maxx of 105c(and have for a while), Ryzen is 95c.

OP - Playing Forza isn't a good way to benchmark and test your CPU overclock. You want to find max temp and test for stability, so I'd recommend running Cinebench and something like Universe Sandbox 2 which will really tax your CPU. Use HWInfo to see temps at 100% load, that's what's important. Temperatures at idle or low load are useless.

I tested in cinebend,heaven benchmark,firestrike, all have me reading under 65c
