A simplified list of things we need to know when you request a PC build. If you don't answer these questions, we will ask them or simply refer you to this post.

What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?

What will you use the PC for?

You need to give us more info then.

You have $600-800 to build a system, but what parts are you re-using?

We need to know what RAM, motherboard, and case you are using, as well as what monitor(s) will be used with the system.
We need to know what games you'll be playing, and what programs you'll be using.

Ill be using the ram in my Asus Rog G20AJ i think there is 8 in there and ill be playing games like pubg fortnite and dayz and editing with programs like adobe priemere and sony vegas I dont need a god like computer just yet cuz after i buy everything i will upgrade over time

Alright, that doesn't help. There are different configurations of that pre-built, so we have no idea what your specs are. It looks like all of them use a proprietary motherboard with SO-DIMM's which means you won't be able to re-use RAM if you switch motherboard and case.

So, if you're going to be re-using anything, we need to actually know what you're planning on re-using exactly. Download Speccy or something and show us your current specs.

Alright, but the pre-built you have could potentially have an i7-4790 and GTX 980 inside it, which is a solid CPU and GPU. In fact, a GTX 1050Ti or 3GB GTX 1060 would be a downgrade from a GTX 980.

I'd recommend buying a new PSU since it sounds like the PSU has gone in your pre-built. Once you replace the PSU, find out what your specs are and re-use whatever is worth re-using.

Maybe get 8GB RAM instead for now, since it's easy enough to add another 8GB in the future. Money saved could go towards a 500GB 860 EVO instead, and/or better case/PSU. I included a budget case and PSU, both super solid for the money though. I'd add an aftermarket cooler when you have some spare money to improve aesthetics but stock cooler is fine for now.
