The emblem doesnt unlock properly only unlucky_7's lobby has the 10th emblem actually unlocked.

anyone claiming to have unlocked the spinning tenth PERMANENTLY is scamming you, end of story. Its like trying to play a retail game and get ach's before its out. I already explained this. It will stay until you change it to something else. It CANNOT be unlocked permanently until IW releases it. Trust a lier, and get scammed, be careful.

i just tried doing this with TheKUsh and everytime i would try to join the game it would make 7 attempts then give me a pop up saying "unable to connect to the host" i only want up to 7-8 prestiege but would like all weapons..if i pay you and i cant get in will you refund my money right away? Beacuse TheKush refunded my money right away since he couldnt get me in..i was told to try with someone else and i might be able to get in
