Hey man, welcome back to the site. Your post seems a little confusing, but I'll try my best to help you out.

For starters, PMing an admin may be your best bet for getting your account back, if you're interested in that. Site staff can be found here Forums/staff.html
And remember, only admins can help with account related problems so a moderator won't be able to help you out.

As for your posts getting deleted, usually that means you broke a rule which can be found here: Forums/rules.html

They way the forums work now is that there are loads of different sections and within those sections there are prefixes. For example, if you're looking for a modded lobby you would head over to the CoD section and look under the modding prefix, posting goes the same way, find the relevant section and correct prefix.

What was the service you were offering for WW2? Selling WW2 accounts? I believe the only reason a post like that would get deleted is if you don't have proof that you actually have the accounts.

As for your friend's post, what was he selling? If he was selling recoveries, only stickied sellers at the top of the CoD section of the forums can sell these. I believe regular threads can sell pre-modded accounts, mod menus but can't sell recoveries unless they have a sticky.
