Hi I'll look tonight and potentially solve this issue myself.. but I'm posting this now in case I can't solve it. Hopefully one of you can help. I'll be changing the radio on my 1988 sea Ray Seville, but I can't find a wiring diagram anywhere. I've never been good with wires and I've never changed a radio without a harness.. I have no idea how to do this

Thsnks

Doubt you will find anything specific for that boat but im sure if you look an general wiring diagrams when you are doing it you can find one close enough to work from

So I've got the radio on. But can't figure out speakers... Theirs only two on the boat. I don't know where to put the negative speaker wire... I tried just hooking them both to the ground but that didn't work. So then I hooked (+) and (-) to the same one and that also didn't work.. the old boat radio only used four wires.. power, ground, and a left and right speaker wire.

Looking at the old radio it says the black is actually for speaker(-) and when I disconnect the black from the new radio the radio stays on.. but the speakers still don't come on..

I'm pretty sure the model of the boat is to old for the same wiring as this video
