I've been working like 13 hour to 9 hour shifts this week and I'm super tired. I usually either try to drink coffee or red bull, rockstar energy drinks
What does everyone else use or do?

Get plenty of rest the night before and drink plenty of water. Coffee and energy drinks only if you have too.

Caffeine will block your "im tired" sensors in the brain causing you to feel more awake for a while till this wears off. Tea // coffee would be alright to drink to get your caffeine. If not, I'm not sure if it's the same in the US but here in the UK, we can get some Pro Plus on the go which is just caffeine in a pill form.
I'd highly suggest staying away from energy drinks. Ignoring the health issues, they only give you a temporary hype due to the sugar contents then you have to deal with coming back down from it and you generally feel worse off.
As Tricks said, just go to bed earlier. You're body is telling you to sleep, you can't ignore it.
