unfail1 wrote thanks a lot, in my country r5 2600 costs 7e higher than r5 1600 worth it to get 2600? would it be hard to deal with bios updates then ? can you explain to me more? thanks a lot

You'd have to ask wherver you buy the motherboard from, to update the BIOS for you so that it works with 2nd gen Ryzen. Otherwise the motherboard could arrive with a BIOS which doesn't support the R5 2600, which will just result in the system not being able to POST at all until you put an older Ryzen CPU in there and update mobo BIOS.

thanks i'll do that. So for 7e more its definitly worth it to get 2600 over 1600 ? or their performences is super super close that it really doesnt matter? and i will not have to ask about bios compatibility if i get 1600

The 2600 isn't a huge improvement over a 1600, but I'd say it's worth 7e if you were going to go for a 6C/12T part anyway. Just make sure you have the motherboards BIOS updated to support the 2600 and you're golden.
