Synopsis
EA Sports UFC 2 is a mixed martial arts fighting video game developed by EA Canada, and published in March 2016 by Electronic Arts for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The sequel to 2014's EA Sports UFC, it is based on the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) brand. The game's cover art features Ronda Rousey and Conor McGregor. Gameplay heavily resembles real UFC fights. The player can select from over 250 fighters and may customize various aspects of the fight, such as the rules. The fighter can perform an array of attacks, such as kicks, punches, grapples, submissions, and takedowns. The player can fight in a variety of game modes, including the career and ultimate team modes. The player can create customizable fighters and the game features both male and female fighters.
Gameplay
EA Sports UFC 2 is really just on the UFC. The person who decides to play this game can choose to play in a variety of game modes. In a regular UFC match, the player chooses a fighter and can customize several aspects of the fight, for example; the opponent, the venue, and the rules. The objectives of the fight closely follow the rules of the real UFC. The player can use a variety of attacks, such as kicks, punches, submissions, and takedowns, in order to beat their opponent. Many different details are also present; for example, fighters will suffer visible damage during a fight. Other things include a crowd, referees, octagon girls, an announcer, and commentary from Joe Rogan and Mike Goldberg. Other from just regular fights, the game has other modes, for example a career mode, an ultimate team mode, a practice mode, and a knockout mode. In career mode, the person creates their own fighter and takes the character through the ranks of UFC. The knockout mode is kinda similar to regular fights, the real only difference is that the player can only win by knockout. The ultimate team mode is mainly about building a deck of cards that represent fighters and playing against other players' decks. The players also earn coins for each fight and is used for customizing and upgrading fighters. The hand has around 250 total players. Game is great in my point of view!
Multiplayer
The online features include Custom Event Creator, KO mode, and a championship mode. The custom event creator consists of creating your own event and lets players play the role of matchmaker and develop their own fight card. The knockout mode is very similar to a regular; normal fight but the only way to win this mode is to knockout your opponent. I feel that these new multiplayer modes are pretty great though the KO mode has to be my favorite in my opinion!
Story
I myself haven't played Story mode for the UFC game yet but I've played everything else. The story for this game tends to be called "Career Mode" and is equivalent to story mode but just a different name. Career Mode gives you the chance to simply improve your abilities with the Training Camp system. Creating your custom fighter will be an even more fun thing to do thanks to the better face sculpting features and newly customized tattoos and whatnot!
Graphics
I firmly believe that the graphics for this new game are great and it quite better than the old UFCs, such as 2010. You are able to create characters in this game and the characters are really detailed, I mean you can see the facial indents and whatnot. Can definitely be rated at least a 7/10+!

Great review, this game was such an improvement to the old one. When it first came out the controls were sloppy but after a few updates it was clean and easy to knock folk out, the grappling was way more advanced on this one too which I loved.
