Hey guys so my friend is currently looking to build a pc and i thought id see what you guys could advise!

What is your budget and currency? £1100- £1500
Do you need a monitor? no
Do you need a keyboard? no
Do you need a mouse? no
Do you need an operating system? Yes
What will you use the PC for? Mostly will be used for gaming (so high end games etc)

One side note is the guy hates AMD so please do not include any parts that are AMD as he will 100% not go for it hahaha

What monitor(s) will be used with the system?
What sort of games will be played?
Will the system be overclocked?
Any preferences(storage, LEDs, side window, etc)?

If he's just playing 1080p 60FPS, this would be super solid;

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£218.79 @ Kustom PCs)

Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£68.98 @ Aria PC)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£67.99 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £991.25

He could easily save money if he's not interested in overclocking. He can add any capacity HDD he requires if necessary, alongside the 860 EVO.

If he's using a higher resolution or refresh rate monitor, then you'll want me to make some changes to the build, so the questions above still apply. This is just a solid option for an overclockable 1080p killer
