Hong Kong method is working on PS4 just started my download
All you need to do for this method is
1.Make a brand new account with Hong Kong as region.
2.Once done creating the account go to the store. Go to games then scroll down to demo and betas..

Need a two day free trial mate,
1. Go to settings
2. Go to application saved management.
3.Saved in online storage.
It should then pop up with a 2 day trial hit redeem and try to download it again.

I had a friend try it and he said he can't download it. It gives him an error and says he can't download because he didn't pre-order.
