I vouch for this man. Even though we had some problems. This mate worked his butt off trying to resolve the issue. He is very responsive and I would recommend using him if you need anything.

Thank you for the vouch and sincere apologies for the slight delay in sending you your account, however, I'm very pleased to hear that you're loving your new account. The delay for those wondering was completely my own fault.

I registered the Xbox accounts to my own domain a long time ago, however, I knew the domain was expiring soon, but hadn't realized it had actually already expired, so I paid the fee and was just waiing for 1&1 to reactive my Domain. I have now transferred them all over to @Outlook addresses to avoid this issue in the future.

I payed for the 2nd package, didn't get elite camos, colored classes, choosing of rank, and a god mode class.

Bad customer service? Out of either of my topics, you're the only one to ever write a single complaint on either of my threads. I've absolutely no doubt this was posted intentionally now to try and slate my service, considering XeCookie upvoted your comment on my post and no doubt sent you a private message to then offer his services to you at a cheaper price.

Let's see where it went wrong shall we?

Didn't message me to tell me you had issues.
Doesn't respond to my TTG Messages, but reads them.
Doesn't respond on Xbox to my multiple messages.
Doesn't accept my game invites.
But yet put a post on my topic to complain?

How can I help you, if the first time you tell me you had a problem was on my thread, which I responded to within 45 seconds (which the post and my PM timestamps can verify), but yet you then don't do anything to let me try and help you out? I offer a professional service with hundreds of customers across both of my topics, I don't leave people in the dark. I've got customers from two months ago still recommending their friends and some others taking advantage of my free warranty. Why? Because I care about my customers. Never a single complaint until you, funny that isn't it...

I've been modding since 2008 when profile modding with a transfer cable was around, I'm not new to modding, I used to also sell Jtag & RGH consoles on other forums and Facebook, I still help people to this day with their consoles who purchased those from 5+ years ago, why? Because I have pride in my service and I really appreciate the people who use my services and/or products. It's called being loyal.

Just as a note, despite your defaming attempt, you're still entitled to your FREE warranty from myself. Not such awful customer service after all?

I'm not going to even deny it, I am absolutely furious that you would not only try and slate me on my own post, but then go and slate me on another members post when I've done absolutely everything to try and resolve any issues you had, which, I must add, was completely down to yourelf not understanding how to use the Matrix Mod Menu, and you did indeed receive prestige and the unlocks. You didn't receive the Camos or colored classes as again, you didn't understand how to use the menu and never let me have the chance to help you.

The thing that really gets me though is how petty XeCookie went to close his topic because Geordie posted about the issue and your lack of cooperation, without insulting XeCookie at all, but for him to then ask a Moderator to go and delete Geordies post because he could respond to explain the issue when I couldn't? That's just downright childish. I'm not slating XeCookie and his service, just his actions. If I didn't care or offer a proper service, I wouldn't be here posting this right now.

This post doesn't violate any rules in this section or across the forums.

Since the posting of this reply, ToeCrumb has read my comment but still opted to not respond to either this, my Xbox messages or forum messages. The Moderators have messaged me and offered to delete his comment but I've declined and will allow for it to stay. I've done nothing except try and provide my usual high quality service and help this user since he commented about it. I've nothing to hide and my vouches across TheTechGame and social media reviews show this.
