Hello All,
I'm looking to build my own PC, Yesterday I purchased most of the components, the CPU being an i5 8400. I've been looking online and apparently the I3 8350K gets better FPS for flight simulator. (The only use of this PC). What do you guys think, should I go down to I3 or possibly go up to the I5 8600/K.
I'm also looking for a graphics card, I have around £100-200 to spend, would rather keep it at the lower end if possible.
Much appreciated!

I have everything already, managed to pick up the Graphics card for £100 from a friend who recently upgraded - it's only 5 months old.
Do I upgrade from the i5-8400 I have currently and swap it for an I5-8600K for 40GBP more?

No, don't 'upgrade' to an 8600k. You won't see any benefit since you won't be overclocking anyway. Add more RAM, 4GB is ridiculously low. I wouldn't recommend less than 8GB RAM for almost anyone, even a basic system just for browsing the internet. Then probably upgrade that junky PSU at some point.
