i am so confused whats going on i just downloaded the game and now whenever i launch it shows a loading sign on the bottom and than crashes any help??

My friend said exactly the same thing it dashboards him every time

Have you tried restarted your Xbox and clearing your cache?

The game could of got corrupted somehow when you were downloading it.
If you have fast internet try reinstalling it.

It's an issue currently, you have to wait.. eventually you'll be able to get on the game.
