Are you getting banned from Xbox all together or just specific games?

I agree with you mostly on this but some of the stuff people get banned for is just plain ridiculous and he is sort of right where he's coming from Trash Talking is a big part of gaming its just on how you are doing it.

No they just block me from talking and sending messages out. So now I cant call out.. so competitive gameplay is on hold on my main account but good thing I got a dummy account.

I've been banned because this guy reported me for hate speech or something. I never am in the game chat, or when I am my mic is off/everyone is muted.

Want to know how to prevent it? Stop being childish and trash talking people when you win or lose. Trash talking is not the biggest part of gaming lmao, its too have fun and enjoy the game you are playing.

Control your anger when you lose to someone better than you and dont message them and guess whaf? Then you wont get reported and banned
