I mean, it's hard to suggest when we don't know what your going to be using it for. That said, I can already tell you that you might aswell burn some of your money because if you go with the rig, that's what you're doing.
What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?
Using the template above will let us know what specs you need.

Yeah, pretty much the whole thing. Case is old and over-priced, PSU is totally unnecessary and over-priced. No SSD in a $2k+ system is laughable. 32GB RAM is not necessary, and again completely over-priced. You could literally just buy 2 2x8GB kits of the same RAM for £175 a piece and save over 30 quid. Or you could easily get 32GB RAM for less than £300, if you were actually going to utilise 32GB, which I can almost guarantee you won't. Also confused as to why you went with a blower style cooler for the 1080Ti, especially since you can get an EVGA FTW3 1080Ti for a similar price(if not better).

Right, so what will you be using with the PC? A TV? An old monitor?

What games?
Streaming what? PC gameplay?

Streaming what? PC gameplay?
The reason for no SSD on the Build is cause I already have a 500GB Samsung 860 Evo (Was £90 on Amazon)
What case would you recommend?
Gold effiency PSU recomendations?
The RAM from where?
Prefer the look of the blower Style ?(Also a Place holder for 11/20 series
Already got one a Monitor but getting a 21:9 later
Streaming - BF5 - Fortnite - Destiny 2 - Gow

So you're not actually building the system now? Blower style cards have worse cooling capabilities for the most part, but definitely so in a 750D lmfao.

Alright, so what monitor will you be using for now? What monitor will you be upgrading to, and when? "21:9" covers a huge variety of monitors at different resolutions and refresh rates.

Well this isn't going to be much help at all then since you won't actually be buying stuff we recommend because pricing and availability will change. Also, if you're waiting for new GPUs and going Intel instead of AMD for CPU, Intel are rumoured to paper launch Coffee Lake Refresh in a couple of days and actually launch Q4.
FourS wrote What case would you reccomend?
Nothing until you actually buy everything but in the $100-150 range, I'd be getting a Define R6 or maybe Cooler Master H500P Mesh. Actually, Phanteks Enthoo Pro TG is another solid case in the $100 range. Old design but refreshed with tempered glass side window now, and still a brilliant case.

The Coffee Lake Refresh Rumour I have seen and Heard are that the I7-9700k will have 8c/8t Socket 1151 and the i9-9900k 8c/16t Z370 or Z390?
I'll look into the cases but prefer not to have Tempered Glass
