Fortnite's v5.21 patch going live, the wall-piercing Sniper rifle is now available. However, the Scoped Assault Rifle has been removed from the game.
The patch, among other things, also fixes the issue where character skins were glitching out.

No, it hasn't. It has only replaced it in the snipers only gamemode

Scoped AR is still in the game

Pretty sure scoped AR is just replaced in the sniper shootout LTM. May be wrong but I'm pretty sure
