You have to play on it. Seeks the easiest way would be to go to a store and see if there's one you can play at the store.

Actually you have to be on your note 9 or tab s4 and go onto your samsung account and register under the promotions area. You have to submit it and they will confirm it.

You cant just play on any note 9. They aren't that stupid enough to allow that.

Don't believe me, chat with samsung support yourself.
