ban rates are not different in anyway to playing it on a 360 as playing backwards 360 games on xbox1 using an emulator posing are using a 360 so ban rates varies as always.

you should be fine with unlocks and ranks etc but if u go around twatting people with godmode to end of days this will cause people to get mad and report u and multiple people reporting u results in a ban
