How do you get the fizzy? its the only thing i can figure out haha

I went intro video FX and found one that made it fizzy and chose extreme then overlapsed the corners of the fizzy and normal to get the fade

I can record the thing using a recording software and then post that on youtube... and I would also need to use sony vegas everytime i need to add the intro so idk if you should still make it since i will never be able to add it to anything and save

forget it, don't make it, i gotta go off anyways
