I think you really need to reconsider this request, "SP" sounds as though it's your initials, or a couple of different individual's initials, therefore it should be an integral part of the logo. Though it varies between the Graphic Designer, I myself see no way of incorporating all parts of your request in what's expected of a structurally sound, trend-abiding logo.
Logos are not something to be done quickly, especially commercial logos - I am willing to work with you on this, but there's no way I would relinquish commercial rights to anything without payment. Whilst I hate Wix with a burning passion, they make some really good points in "dos and don'ts" for logo design here within their Blog post, you should definitely check it out: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Some other things to consider as well:

- How your logo is viewed when scaled up, scaled down and flipped - is it still recognizable?
- Does your logo abide by modern design trends?
- Is your logo appealing and memorable?
