It really just depends, it's on a lot of games, I'd personally look out for Games that are on discount < within the Region > that saves you ALOT of money, but it's mostly random although a lot of bigger games or newer games do it.

If a game is just dropping purchasing in another region will save you alot.

My VPN keeps connecting to an 'Ethernet 2' and wont connect to the wifi on my PC. If i try to disable said connection and force it to use wifi it just disconnects vpn and will reconnect as soon as i enable ethernet 2. Any ideas ?

I'd recommend you do a quick restart and follow the guide through again, making sure to share the correct thing, of course confirming the ethernet you are selecting is the VPN and the Ethernet to your Console, rather than a random one

EDIT* FIXED THANKS AGAIN FOR THE REPLY Thanks for the reply. I fixed the issue a couple minutes ago but now im getting the 'cant authorize payment' issue. Ive used this tutroial atleast 8 times successfully and have never gotten this before, any idea what i could be doing wrong ?

Verification charge. Happens with everything and your money will usually be returned in 24 hours. This typically means that your card isn't compatible, your vpn isn't working, or your address doesn't work.
