MUST HAVE:
Setup a class with:(Speed kit)
Lightweight Pro (so you can escape quickly)
Marathon Pro (so you can escape quickly)
Commando Pro (so you can jump off buildings without damage)
Flash/stun grenade x2 (used to help friends evade mike myers by stunning him)(not to be used by Mike Myers)
Throwing knife (used to kill people in difficult spots or being a flash c**t)
Tactical Knife (unlock with any pistol) ESSENTIAL

Select an SMG as a primary weapon - it is lightweight and doesn't slow you down. I pick a hand pistol, with the tactical knife attachment, as a secondary weapon and switch to this immediately at the start of a game so I can run faster. Guns are never actually used, as it is a knife-only match, and even then you cannot kill until you are the 'Last Alive'. If a game drags on you can fire a few rounds of your gun, as long as it isn't silenced, to give the MM a clue as to your position on the map.
