If you haven't done much on the tablet apart from setting up fornite and playing it for the promotion, you won't lose anything by factory resetting so give it a go

Exactly lol but i wasn't sure if I had to do something else like in the settings or something that maybe would indicate that the promotion was already used you know?

could i go out and buy the S4 tab tomorrow and still able to get the skin?

Tablets have a MEID it can still be tracked via hardware ID

I just did a factory reset on my note 9 and will post my results.

I believe resetting a note 9 will not work with factory reset because of the IMEI, but I think that the MEID on the tab S4 isn't as advanced and can by bypassed when you do a factory reset.

Three reason's I believe this is:
1: people have told me they tried to reset note 9 and didn't work.
2: People who are selling skins on Ebay have said that they are using a S4 to gain multiple skins for other people.
3: Aswell when going into best buy yesterday someone who was trying to get galaxy skin on tab S4 actually ended up getting it and showed me in-game, while that same S4 had already been used by a best buy employee (he told us and showed us his skin on his phone) and that would explain bestbuy factory resetting the tablets so there isn't fortnite on them and then someone re-does it.
