Gonna be simple and quick :

Budget : £330 (okay if you go over by a few pounds obviously)

Peripherals : None needed , already using a 1080p asus VS248 monitor , currently powered by a lenevo z50

OS : none needed , I'll be using windows 10

The PC is for very light gaming , really just fortnite so nothing to powerful I just want a good upgrade from my shitty laptop atm.

I made a build below but I thought i'd get advice from people who know what they're doing :

I thought I'd get very little storage because i've only used 240GB on mine at the moment after 3 years. I also got a B350 motherboard because the AMD cpu I got had a possible higher ghZ (not sure if that means I can overclock..).

Also the PC case needs to be white.

You'd be better off buying used parts with that budget.

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£71.97 @ Amazon UK)

Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£22.95 @ Aria PC)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£35.93 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £282.49

Buy a used Ryzen 3 CPU to save some money and add a used GTX 960, you'll be able to find one for £50-60 easily and it will perform on par with a GTX 1050Ti.

Ryzen requires DDR4 which is much more expensive than DDR3, so you could go with an older used Intel CPU with 16GB DDR3 RAM and save some money which you could put towards a better GPU, like a GTX 970 maybe.
