Im looking to build a PC for 4k video editing and photo editing that can also do gaming as well. Will be powering a 4k monitor. My budget is 850 dollars, not including monitor, mouse, keyboard. I am thinking of using a Ryzen 7 CPU and a rx 580 8gb GPU unless there are better options for my needs in a similar price point. Bonus points for getting it closer to $800 =) Thanks!

also I would like to use the ASRock x370 Pro4 but the price is not current on pcpartpicker. Would the ASRock ab350m Pro4 work for my needs?
